Chef graduated from the School of Hospitality of Sant Pol de Mar, with extensive experience in restaurants with Michelin stars. I have worked with Martín Berasategui I learned from all kinds of cuisines.
My passion for cooking has led me to meet and merge European and international cuisine. I have developed other traveling cuisines, where I have worked in gastronomic restaurants in Ibiza, Mallorca and Girona, responsible in hotel in coordination with management in Seville, Costa Azul and Paris for many years where I gained international experience, especially as a personal chef in Formula 1 achieving a great professional tour.
My kitchen is dedication, organization and imagination, until being awarded in recognition as a finalist in the Cook of the Year 2015 contest.
